Please note we only see patients up to 19 years old and no new patients after 11 years old. 

Parking is available at the main parking garage at Rush on the southeast corner of Paulina and Harrison streets. It is a large enclosed garage that has a covered walkway that connects to the Professional Building, where our clinic is located.
